Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items without providing any reason. Once cancellation is requested, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging
- Returns must include all original accessories, manuals, or promotional gifts, if applicable
Return Process
To initiate a return:

Package the item securely and send it back within 14 days of confirming your cancellation.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, we’ll refund the full amount you paid, including the original delivery charges.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days
- The refund may be withheld until the returned goods have been received by us, or you have provided satisfactory evidence that the goods have been sent back.
Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- If the item is damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence
Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Custom-made or personalised items – especially, dog beds with embroidered name of your dog on it
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods.
Return of Faulty Goods
If your item is faulty or damaged, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement in accordance with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Within 30 Days of Purchase:

- Include photos of the fault and a brief description
- Once confirmed, we will send you a prepaid return label for shipping
- You are entitled to a full refund upon inspection
- Return shipping costs will be covered by us
After 30 Days:
You still retain the right to submit a claim for faulty goods under statutory warranty. Upon receiving your complaint:
- We may offer a replacement item, or
- Repair the fault at no cost to you
- Refunds may still be offered if the fault is deemed significant or irreparable
