Delivery Costs and Areas
We deliver to all UK postal codes. We offer free delivery to postal areas in the United Kingdom, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
Please note that we do not deliver to the Channel Islands. This includes all postal codes beginning with:
JE – Jersey (e.g. JE1, JE2, JE3, JE4)
GY – Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, Herm (e.g. GY1 to GY10)
We currently do not offer international shipping. Our delivery services are limited to addresses within the United Kingdom.
If your delivery address is considered unsecured (e.g. shared mailbox or PO box), we may contact you to arrange an alternative.
Delivery Time
Each of our pet beds is made to order, tailored specifically for your furry companion. This bespoke approach means we require a little extra time to craft every piece with care and precision.
Estimated dispatch time: 14 working days. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered via Parcelforce courier, typically within 2-4 working days.
Please note that deliveries to remote or island areas (e.g. AB, BT, DD, HS, IM, IV, KW, PA, PH, PO30–PO41, TR21–TR25, ZE) may take slightly longer.
Delivery Method
All parcels are shipped via Parcelforce, our trusted courier partner. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Parcelforce tracking number. This will allow you to follow your parcel’s journey and stay updated on its estimated delivery time.
Missed Deliveries
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a card and redirect the package to a local pickup point.
Partial Deliveries
If part of your order is missing, please contact us at: info@pawdoro.co.uk with your order number. We’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
