2. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept secure payments via Shop Pay, credit/debit cards, and other available methods at checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details.
3. Shipping
We currently ship within the UK.
Each of our pet beds is lovingly handmade to order, tailored specifically for your furry companion. This bespoke approach means we require a little extra time to craft every piece with care and precision.
Estimated dispatch time: 14 working days. Once dispatched, your order will be delivered via Parcelforce courier, typically within 2-4 working days.
We kindly ask for your understanding and patience - this timeframe ensures your item is made just for you, with the attention it truly deserves.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.
UK Delivery – Free - We offer free delivery to postal areas in the United Kingdom, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland.
Please note that we do not deliver to the Channel Islands. This includes all postal codes beginning with:
JE – Jersey (e.g. JE1, JE2, JE3, JE4)
GY – Guernsey, Alderney, Sark, Herm (e.g. GY1 to GY10)

4. Returns & Refunds
You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to notify us of a return request via email.
After approval, you have another 14 days to return the item.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.
Custom-made items, including beds with embroidered names, are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:
- Notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, we’ll refund the full amount you paid, including the original delivery charges.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 business days
- The refund may be withheld until the returned goods have been received by us, or you have provided satisfactory evidence that the goods have been sent back.
